Two Wheels To Nowhere

RIP “Randy” ~ I stumbled upon this memorial stone in the stand of trees south of our factory, while walking at lunch. It sits near this makeshift campsite and old car wreck. The engraved plate reads “In Memory of Randy ~ September 20, 2015”. Is this a headstone or just a memorial? Is Randy a man? A woman? A dog? Should I notify the police? All these questions come to mind after finding this very unusual scene today.
