Two Wheels To Nowhere

Recently, getting into the routine of early morning bike rides on Thursday mornings has granted me some spectacular views of our Sun rising over the Bay. Not normally being an early riser, these views are pretty rare to me, so when I see a particularly stunning Sunrise, I am compelled to stop for a few moments and take in the beauty of it. For the second week in a row I’ve had these fortunate opportunities. This is a photograph of such an occasion on May 16 at about a quarter to six. The sun is rising earlier and further to the North each week, so views like this will become less frequent for me until late July, early August as daylight shortens again. Enjoy your Summer!
