Ride-a-thon for Brody ~ Graciously organized by Doug Austin and generously supported by members of the Barrie Baydogs Triathlon club and Barrie Cycling Club, this fabulous fundraiser nearly doubled it’s $5000 goal! What a great gig to be a part of with a strong team from BCC: Paul, Peter, Joe and me. The funds will help the Rankka family deal with the costs of chemo, travel and accommodations as they strive to rid Brody of the rare brain cancer that he battles. People helping people. Beautiful.
