Chris and I pedaled across town to celebrate Jordyn’s three complete trips around the Sun. we stopped by the Airshow to see several skilled and spunky pilot above the Bay and a few ignorant and idiotic spectators around the Bay. of course, most people were great and happy to share the spectacule in the sky with their neighbours. we biked on to Jordyn’s house to join the Johnston families for a backyard party.

Jordyn didn’t mind being the centre of attention as we showered her with gifts, ate homemade cupcakes (thanks Leah!), played and had some laughs together. Jordyn is growing up quickly, has an infectious energy and likes to laugh. it’s pretty heartwarming to see how close Jordyn and Mikayla are❣️

Chris and I feel so fortunate to have such lovable grandchildren living a twenty-minute bike ride away!
