I figured I spend so much of each year enjoying the beautiful Ridge Road that I should help maintain it’s beauty. so, I contacted Simcoe County and told them I wanted to adopt a section of road. Lucky for me, they had the first stretch of road leaving Barrie available for me.

The inaugural Two Wheels To Nowhere Ridge Road clean-up was on October 18, 2025. Dylan was very generous with his time and helped me collect five industrial-sized trash bags full of stuff that some other ignorant humans figured someone else could clean up for them.

I’ll be back at it in the Spring with whomever wants to contribute to the effort!
