I’ve always been fascinated by our cozy celestial neighbour. There’s something intriguing about another world whose features are so clearly visible to us we can actually imagine what it is. It has always created a deep sense of awe in me. I’m also fascinated by the human experience of traveling to the Moon. The technological development and success of the Apollo program is marvelous but it’s the human curiosity and exploration that I find most inspiring. The Moon is still, more than half a century later, the furthest humans have endeavoured beyond Earth’s terrestrial hold.
