Rae Bakes Em. I Eat Em. ~ A good long run around town works up a great appetite! Rachel’s Montreal style bagels fill the bottomless pit. What a talented daughter. It was serendipitous running into my little sister, Sylvia, at Heritage Park! Good company for half an hour as I ran her home. I explored both the South and the North Shore of Kempenfelt Bay. A great day on two shoes!
