back in early May, I was wondering if my Line 4 friend was pregnant when I saw her belly looked kinda full. well, last Friday as I drove past on my way home after work, I got to see my first glimpse of her beautiful baby boy with her in the pasture!

I spent ten minutes at the fence feeding the new mom grass and clover as the cautious colt watched me from a distance. I stroked and nuzzled her nose and ears. such gentle creatures.

as time passed, the young foal was getting more curious about my presence there. I crouched down to take a photo of him between the lower boards of the fence when his curiosity overcame his caution and he approached my camera as I held it out towards him. it was only a few seconds and a few steps that brought his nose to almost touch the camera lens! I rapidly snapped the shutter button , catching this fun sequence of his inquisitive image.
